Requirements:
- Active CO License
- NCCPA
- DEA
- BLS
- Recent NPDB Report
- Clean Record (highly preferred)
- Must have 2 years of trauma surgery experience
- Completion of a surgical fellowship (highly preferred)

- Annual salary ranges from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
