Physician Assistant – Trauma & Acute Care Surgery | Loveland, CO

- Location: Loveland, CO (2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date/Duration: Ongoing, Full-time
- Shift: Nocturnist overnight, 12-hour shifts
- Hours/week: 36 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licenses/Certifications: Colorado PA license, BLS, NCCPA certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma/surgical experience or surgical fellowship preferred
- Pay package: Annual salary from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
- Additional earnings: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP
- Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 (eligible candidates)
- Fully paid malpractice coverage
- CME allowance: up to $3,500/year + 5 CME days

- Provide overnight trauma and emergency surgical care in a high-acuity center
- Manage trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient treatment
- Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostics
- Assist surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
- Maintain thorough documentation in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Support quality, safety, and performance initiatives in trauma care
- Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership growth
- Valid Colorado PA license
- NCCPA certification
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or completed surgical fellowship)
- Strong clinical skills, autonomous practice ability, and teamwork mindset
