Pay & Benefits
  • Pay package: Annual salary from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
  • Additional earnings: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 (eligible candidates)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide overnight trauma and emergency surgical care in a high-acuity center
  • Manage trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient treatment
  • Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostics
  • Assist surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
  • Maintain thorough documentation in Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Support quality, safety, and performance initiatives in trauma care
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership growth
What You Need:
  • Valid Colorado PA license
  • NCCPA certification
  • BLS certification
  • At least 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or completed surgical fellowship)
  • Strong clinical skills, autonomous practice ability, and teamwork mindset
