Now hiring an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for night shift inpatient surgical coverage at a high-volume hospital in Springfield, MA. This is a dynamic role in a busy academic surgical department, offering exposure to a variety of surgical subspecialties including general, bariatric, vascular, and some GYN surgery.
🔍 Assignment Overview:

Setting: Hospital-based, inpatient

Schedule: Full-time nights only, no call

Coverage Need: One provider needed ASAP

Volume: ~90,000 ER visits annually

Credentialing Timeline: 30–40 days

EMR: Epic

OR Team: 8 PAs, 10 Physicians, full OR support staff

Patient Demographic: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

Case Mix: General surgery, bariatric, some vascular, some GYN

Perm Conversion Cap: $10,000 (must be noted at submission)

Travel: Full travel reimbursement offered (local candidates preferred)

NCCPA Certified – REQUIRED

Active MA license at time of submission – REQUIRED, no exceptions
