This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA-C) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 24-hour cardiothoracic surgery call coverage; weekday and weekend coverage based on monthly schedule.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery service.
- Types of Cases: Adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech, Patient Keeper, eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Licensure Required: Active unrestricted Florida Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license, or eligibility for Florida licensure; current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
