Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant for a busy cardiac practice in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is focused entirely on the operating room, supporting cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.

Job Responsibilities
• 100% operating room responsibilities
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Minimal call, with additional compensation when required
• Case-volume bonus opportunities
• Total annual earning potential exceeding $200,000, depending on case volume and bonuses
Qualifications
• Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH)
• Coronary procedures
• Valvular surgery
• Aortic surgery
• Thoracic procedures
This position is for experienced candidates and is not open to new graduates.
Skills
Conduit preparation and handling for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
Surgical suturing, wound closure, and hemostasis techniques.
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during complex procedures.
Recognition and timely communication of intraoperative complications.
