Details:
- Location: Near Atlanta, Georgia
- Duration: November 2026 - June 2027 (option to extend)
- Schedule: Flexible! 1-4 weeks per month
- Shift: Monday-Friday (5x12), 6a-6p- no call and no weekends!
- Scope: (PA only) Cardiovascular Surgery - all adults, must have endoscopic vein harvesting proficiency, first assisting, sternal chest closure, preferably CVICU experience (but not required)
- Volume: 10-20 per shift, avg 4-6 admissions/consults per day
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital: Level I Trauma Center - 633-bed
- Group: Full-subspecialty support with 5 FTE APPs and CVS
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
- Require: Active GA license (open to license 4-8 weeks to obtain), clean NPDB. Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C), 4-5+ years of cardiac surgery experience
