• We are hiring an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to support a high-volume surgical team.• The PA will play a key role in perioperative patient care and advanced bedside procedures.
• This is a rotating shift position requiring flexibility across days and nights.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in Swan-Ganz catheter placement and balloon pump removal
• Provide comprehensive perioperative patient care
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient management
Qualifications
• Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery or critical care strongly preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required
Working Hours
• 13-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends
Skills
• Strong clinical and surgical support skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in patient assessment and care coordination
