Locums Ongoing CRNA - SE West Virginia
*Location: Eastern border with Virginia, within 45 miles of Blacksburg and Roanoke; Greenbrier County; beautiful small suburban towns; historic nature; southern hospitality; great place to live or retire; great recreation, entertainment, historical buildings/homes/plantations/cemeteries to visit; and unbelievable southern charm.
*Reason for need: Vacancy/Long-Term Permanent Search (provider chosen may be considered for perm)
*Duration: Ongoing
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing (until perm CRNA is hired)
*Schedule/Shift: Clinical hours + Call (Beeper) 2 X per week; 15 minute response required
*Setting: Inpatient
*EMR: Athena/Medhost
*Requirements: Active WV license, ACLS, PALS, BLS
*Temporary Privileges Available
*Credentialing Timeframe: approximately 30 days
*All travel and lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
