  • Bonus Offered: Productivity Seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park.
Position Details Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered) Average volume: 12–15 patients/day Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting Benefits Details Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 (based on experience) Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 – $20,000+ annually CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Malpractice Insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (beginning year 2) Sick time accrual up to 600 hours Community Details Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80 Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum Corp., Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Whirlpool Corp.
