Overview:
* Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Rheumatology practice
* Outpatient-focused role in established specialty clinic
* Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
* Option for 4 or 4.5-day workweek
* Average 18–25 patients per day
* Light call schedule (1:3), triaged by nursing advice line
* Manage chronic autoimmune and rheumatologic conditions
* Collaborative, team-based care environment
* Strong clinical and administrative support staff
* Focus on patient-centered, longitudinal care
