Assignment Details
Location: Vancouver, Washington

Shift Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

No Rounding or Admissions
May Consider 2 Locum Providers Working Opposite Schedules, With 1 Covering Inpatient and 1 Covering Outpatient Needs
Patient Population / Volume
Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Patients
Approximately 8-10 Patients Per Day
450-Bed Hospital
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Diagnostic Imaging / Radiology APP Coverage
Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Imaging Services
Perform Required Fluoroscopic Imaging Procedures
Modified Barium Swallow Procedures Performed Alongside Another Provider

Upper GI
Upper GI Small Bowel Follow-Through
Modified Barium Swallow
Barium Enema, Single Contrast - Preferred
Barium Enema With Air - Preferred
Clinical Environment / Support
Inpatient and Outpatient Hospital Setting
Provider Will Not Work Solo
Speech Pathology Support for Modified Barium Swallow Procedures

Washington License Not Currently Required at Submission
Candidates Requiring Washington Licensure May Be Considered
Licensure Requirements May Change if an Expedited Start Becomes Necessary
BLS - Required
BLS Must Be From AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
Epic Experience - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Patients From the Previous 24 Months Representative of the Privileges Requested
Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed
Credentialing
Standard Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
Full Credentialing and Payer Enrollment Required
