Opportunity Highlights:
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Assignment: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift Options: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No Call
- Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage
- EMR: Epic
Practice Details:
- Average 25 patients per shift
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology department
- Admissions required
- Stroke Certified, Level I Trauma Center
- Department supported by:
- 9 RNs
- 4 Medical Assistants
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- 2 Office Staff
- No supervision of APPs required
- No resident or teaching responsibilities
Requirements:
- Active Virginia PA License required at time of submission
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- ACLS and BLS required
- Hospital privileges required (temporary privileges are not available)
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Additional Information:
- One provider needed
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Standard holiday coverage may be required, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
