Position Highlights:
Full-time Advanced Practice Provider opportunity in an ambulatory Pulmonary practice
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Monday-Friday schedule
40 hours per week
Day shift
Join a growing Pulmonary service with two experienced physicians
Provide outpatient care to pulmonary patients across multiple ambulatory locations
Help expand access to pulmonary visits as the practice continues to grow
Provide follow-up care for patients recently hospitalized with acute pulmonary conditions
Focus on assessing patient condition and helping prevent rehospitalization
Order and review laboratory testing as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Supportive team environment with access to clinical supervision
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
Master's-level education required for Nurse Practitioner candidates
Adult Health Nurse Practitioner licensure for NP candidates
ANCC certification required for NP candidates
Prescriptive eligibility required
