APP Psychiatry Opening in Rochester, NY Employed We are seeking a Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider in Rochester, New York. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

  • Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday – Friday
  • No nights or weekends
  • Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
  • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Compensation & Benefits Estimated compensation range of $120,000-$160,000 with no cap on productivity income.
