• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Five-day work week
• Approximately 20–24 patients per day
• Outpatient-only practice
• Rotating phone call only
• Very light call volume
• Nurse triage line manages calls
• Providers contacted only for urgent or severe issues

• Join a collaborative team of 4 pediatricians
• Access to an established immediate care center for patient referrals
• Established physician organization serving Florida's Emerald Coast for more than 75 years
• Multi-specialty practice
• On-site ambulatory surgery center

Base Salary: Up to $120,000 Realistic OTE: Approximately $165,000 Compensation: Robust productivity compensation model
