Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) - Findlay, OH NW Ohio ### The Opportunity Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park in Findlay, NW Ohio. Work within a collaborative care model alongside pediatricians and primary care physicians. ### Position Highlights
- Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience required
- Average volume of 25 patients per day
- Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
- Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting ### Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000 – $130,000 based on experience
- wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000 – $20,000+ annually
- 200 hours vacation/CME time
- $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance

- 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning Year 2
- Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
