Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Outpatient Pediatrics
Total First-Year Package: ~$143,500

100% Outpatient Pediatrics
No hospital rounds. No ER coverage. No inpatient responsibilities. Just focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000 (New Graduates)
Monthly Bonus: $800–$1,200 (~$12,000 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
Relocation Assistance: $1,000
Total Estimated First-Year Package: ~$143,500
Guaranteed Annual Raise: $1,500
