Are you passionate about pediatric cardiac care and looking to join a highly specialized, collaborative team? We’re seeking an experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular conditions.

This role offers the opportunity to join a nationally recognized pediatric cardiac center known for its comprehensive approach to patient care, cutting-edge procedures, and dedication to education and research. Relocation assistance is available for candidates looking to move to either Florida or Delaware.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric cardiac patients in the cardiac ICU, telemetry floor, and cardiac PACU

  • Evaluate and manage newborns with heart disease delivered on-site in an advanced delivery unit

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and specialists

  • Participate in preoperative and postoperative surgical care, including complex neonatal surgeries and heart transplants

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental patient care conferences

  • Foster family-centered care, keeping families engaged and informed throughout the care journey

Our patients:

You will care for patients ranging from newborns to young adults with congenital and acquired heart disease. The team performs a full range of surgical interventions, including advanced procedures such as ECMO, VADs, and heart transplantation.

Schedule:

Includes participation in a rotating schedule with some nights, weekends, and holidays.
