Join Integrative Emergency Services (IES), an independent, physician-owned group, at Saint Francis Children’s Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our Pediatric Emergency Medicine team. Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, W2, and 1099 opportunities are available.
Saint Francis Children’s Hospital is the region’s only children’s hospital and offers a high-acuity, collaborative environment with experienced Emergency Medicine physicians, pediatric hospitalists, Pediatric Critical Care physicians, neonatologists, and a comprehensive network of pediatric subspecialists.
Position Highlights

Job Responsibilities
Perform appropriate Emergency Medicine procedures within scope of practice
Order and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic testing, and imaging
Develop treatment, consultation, admission, transfer, and discharge plans
Recognize and manage urgent and emergent pediatric conditions
Collaborate with Emergency Medicine physicians, pediatric hospitalists, Pediatric Critical Care physicians, neonatologists, nursing, and pediatric subspecialists
Provide timely and accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR
Coordinate care for patients requiring higher levels of pediatric specialty or critical care
Participate in quality and patient-care initiatives
Deliver high-quality, family-centered care in a fast-paced Pediatric Emergency Department
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of post-graduate hospital Emergency Department experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
Pediatric Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred
Appropriate Oklahoma licensure or ability to obtain
Ability to evaluate and manage pediatric emergency and acute-care patients
Proficiency with Emergency Medicine procedures within scope of practice
Ability to work effectively within a high-acuity, collaborative Pediatric Emergency Department
Working Hours
APP Shifts:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
The Pediatric Emergency Department provides approximately 30 hours of APP coverage daily.
A $20/hour night-shift differential is available to providers who work 8 or more night shifts per month.
Full-Time W2 providers averaging 120 clinical hours per month are eligible for benefits beginning with their first clinical shift.
