A national surgical services group is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner interested in a non-clinical role assisting with the recruitment of surgical professionals (PA, NP/RNFA, RNFA, CSFA/LSA). This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for onboarding and networking events. The group is looking for a surgical expert who can vet candidates' operative experience and assist with the onboarding process — from introduction, to offer, to onboarding and retention.

The Role
- Opportunity for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner interested in transitioning from a clinical role to a non-clinical career, assisting with identifying candidates, coordinating with market leaders, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct daily interviews with candidates, ensuring a competitive candidate pipeline is established.
- Review CVs, contact references, create candidate reports, and coordinate next-round interviews with local teams and upper management.
- Fully remote role with <10% travel for onboarding and networking events.
- Can Live anyway in the US
Compensation
- Base salary of $80,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience.
- Experience will be determined based on previous first assist experience.
- Full benefits package, including PTO, 401(k) with match, and health insurance plans.
Ideal Candidate
- Competitive candidates will be current or previous healthcare providers who have first assisted in the operating room.
- Strong understanding of operating room workflows, surgical dynamics, and physician–first assist relationships within the operating room.
- Clinicians with no recruitment experience are welcome to apply — training will be provided!
