Job Responsibilities

• Manage post-operative cardiothoracic surgery patients (ICU and floor)
• Conduct daily rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Perform pre-operative physical exams and evaluations
• Remove sutures and manage surgical wound care
• Diagnose and treat adult and geriatric patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Participate in structured call rotation

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible for Ohio State licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Cardiothoracic or cardiac surgery experience required
• Strong autonomous clinical decision-making skills
• Clean professional and malpractice background
