Total Compensation: $145k-$170k

Join one of the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practices! We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and articulate Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our client’s medical team- working alongside orthopedic surgeons and pain management physicians, while also serving as a medical liaison to our conservative care team of chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists.

What You'll Do:

  • Build genuine rapport with patients and understand their individual goals
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, incorporating their expertise to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Perform physical assessments to identify priority care needs and consult with the team on findings
  • Develop and revise patient care plans across the continuum of care
  • Perform procedures to implement care plans based on established protocols and standards
  • Document all patient care activities according to standards and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
  • Provide holistic, systematic care to help patients achieve their desired outcomes
  • Communicate effectively and help resolve conflicts among team members, patients, and families
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and help revise care standards and protocols
  • Mentor team members and help optimize teamwork across disciplines
  • Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to staff education
  • Bring energy and collaboration to a team-based environment focused on helping patients get better, faster

What You Bring:

  • Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant License (required)
  • PA-C certification through NCCPA
  • Degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant
  • Previous experience in orthopedics/pain management preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
