A leading orthopedic group in Central Florida is seeking an experienced provider to join its team in Winter Haven, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys practicing orthopedics in a clinic-focused environment while maintaining a great work-life balance.
The role supports the growth of the Winter Haven office, offering modern facilities, advanced technology, and a collaborative team environment. This position is 100% outpatient with no operating room duties, hospital rounds, call coverage, or weekends, allowing providers to focus on patient care with a predictable schedule.Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, follow-up visits, and treatment planning
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies
- Provide patient education on injuries, conditions, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for high-quality care
- Document encounters accurately within the EMR system
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Prior orthopedic experience required
- Strong outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Comfortable in a clinic-only setting
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
