Start Date: 05/04/2026
Length of Assignment: 3 months (high likelihood of extension)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek), occasional Friday coverage as needed. No call, weekends, or holidays. 8–9 hour shifts
Credentialing: Facility may support proxy credentialing depending on qualifications
Setting: Rural Health Facility
Procedures: Procedures are primarily minimally invasive spine, with some scoliosis cases.
EMR: TBD (must be proficient in EMR documentation and coding)
License Needed: Minnesota license is preferred, but candidates eligible for MN licensures will be considered.
Certifications Needed: BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience in spine surgery, or inpatient hospital medicine. Familiarity with orthopedic devices, injections, and minor procedures
Details:
Located in Minnesota with access to Minneapolis and its major airport, dining, and entertainment—offering a blend of small-community practice andcity amenities. Provider will split time between Spine OR (1–2 days/week) and clinic (musculoskeletal & spine cases). Working alongside 2 neurosurgeons and an incoming orthopedic spine surgeon. Strong support team including Spine Navigator RN and OR surgical techs. Housing options available (preferred local hotels).
