40 bed acute care hospital, level IV trauma facility

EMR System: EPIC

Malpractice Insurance: Covered

Requirements:
-Must have OR license to submit
- Credentialing: 90 days

Working Hours

Locum Tenens Coverage. Urgent coverage needs.
Schedule: Provider will be expected to help with clinic and call in this position. Call will be 8-9 times a month from 5pm-7pm and will be just talking clinic calls that come in. 

Monday assisting in Surgery and then Tuesday- Friday in clinic. This is a full time need so preferably looking for providers with full time availability or close to. We are flexible on this
