Ortho & Neuro Spine First Assist | Surgery Only | 30-35 Hrs/Wk | $135k-$150k Guaranteed | Fort Collins, CO
Denver PAs: Fort Collins is about an hour up I-25, close enough to commute or an easy in-state move, with a relocation stipend offered.
- Responsibilities: first assist orthopedic spine surgeons and neurosurgeons in spine procedures. No orders, clinic or rounding.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
- Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
- Experience: at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery first assist experience.
- Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
- Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
- Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
- 1099: PRN options available.
Location: On-site in Fort Collins, Colorado. Commuters and candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply.
