Job Title: Physician Assistant – Orthopedic Spine
Location: Nellis AFB, NV 89191
Duration : 2+ Years to Long Term
Shift: 07:30am – 4:30pm
Job description:
• Conduct patient history, physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests (MRI, X-rays, labs).
• Assist in spine and orthopedic surgeries including first assistant duties and post-op care.
• Perform casting, splinting, and application of orthopedic braces.
• Provide emergency life-saving procedures as needed.
• Document care accurately and timely in approved EHR systems (MH Genesis, CPRS).
• Educate patients and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Train students and residents in orthopedic spine procedures.
Requirement:
• Active Physician assistant License for any state.
• Active BLS/CPR.
