About the Opportunity
We are seeking Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants - to provide coverage in the Oncology specialty. The APP will manage oncology patients of varied complexity in outpatient clinics, infusion centers, and inpatient units depending on sub-specialty assignment.
- Specialty: Oncology
- Location: Middlesex County
- Contract Dates: January 19, 2026, ongoing
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
- On-Call: No
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to oncology patients in assigned settings (outpatient, inpatient, infusion).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR system.
- No anticipated procedures or surgeries.
- Patient load varies by sub-specialty.
Qualifications
- Certification: Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Licensure: Active NJ license
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAs
