Are you a Physician Assistant with a passion for Occupational Medicine? We are seeking a dedicated Locum PA to support two well-established Occupational Health clinics in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (Newport News & Chesapeake).
This is an ongoing need with excellent weekday hours, no weekends, and travel reimbursement included.
🩺 Position Overview:

Position: Locum – Physician Assistant (PA) – Occupational Medicine

Location: Newport News & Chesapeake, VA (rotation between both clinics required)

Practice Setting: Occupational Health

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – Close (~4:30 PM)

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Duration: Ongoing

Patients per Day: 8–10
💼 Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-Employment Physicals
-
Perform DOT Physicals (Active DOT Cert Required)
-
Return-to-Duty Testing
-
Workers’ Compensation Injury Care
✅ Requirements:

Board Certified PA – Required

Active VA License – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required
-
DOT Certification – Required
-
Willingness to rotate between Newport News & Chesapeake clinics – Required
