Physician Assistant – Occupational Health Clinic - Chicago, IL
- Seeing adult patients only
- Full time 40 hours/week
- Schedule: 2nd/3rd Shift; Monday-Friday 2 or 3pm to 11pm or 12am. Flexible on start and end times within 1-2 hours.
- ASAP start upon credentialing, ongoing contract
Requirements:
- 2 years of Occupational Medicine, Ortho, Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience preferred.
- Active IL License, Board Certification, DEA, BLS
