Position Highlights
* Join an established, high-volume women's health practice in a collaborative, team-based environment.
* Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers.
* Flexible weekly schedule featuring two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call shift with 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist support.
* Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation (Friday/Saturday).
* Deliveries performed at a modern hospital featuring a Level II Special Care Nursery and dedicated pediatric hospitalist coverage.
* Strong administrative support and a practice culture focused on collaboration and work-life balance.
* Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive base salary of $140,000–$145,000.
* Uncapped wRVU productivity bonus at $26 per wRVU.
* $5,000 sign-on bonus.
* 200 hours of vacation and CME time.
* $3,500 annual CME and board certification allowance.

Qualifications
* Certified Nurse Midwife with current AMCB certification.
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Ohio license.
* Minimum of two years of CNM experience preferred.
* Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary women's health team.
