Certified Nurse Midwife – Flagstaff, AZ
- Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Full-time Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity
* Join an established OB/GYN practice
* Provide care to a diverse and medically complex patient population
* Approximately 80 deliveries per month
* Deliveries performed at a Level II Trauma Center approximately 2 miles from the outpatient clinic
* 24 hours of call per week for a 1.0 FTE CNM
Qualifications
* Certified Nurse Midwife
* Unrestricted Arizona license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain
* Ability to obtain hospital medical staff appointment
* FQHC, Community Health Center, or Patient-Centered Medical Home experience or interest preferred
Practice Highlights
* Thriving OB/GYN practice
* C-section rate below 20%
* Only practice in the region offering TOLAC
* Full-scope gynecologic care, including menopausal hormone and transgender therapies
* State-of-the-art ultrasound available onsite
* Maternal-Fetal Medicine support for OB ultrasound interpretation and high-risk patient consultations
* MFM support available through telehealth and by phone
* Clinical support includes RNs, CMAs, an ultrasonographer, and an onsite English/Spanish medical interpreter
* AI scribes, Epic Superuser support, and Dragon dictation technology
* Patient-Centered Medical Home model with outreach services
Compensation & Benefits
* Starting base salary: $120,000 annually
