Position Details: Full-time APP provider; ongoing dates will begin in March when schedules are released; approximately 25 patients per day
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Clinic
Responsibilities: Consults, established patients, Botox for migraines if credentialed, EMGs, read EEGs
Required Procedures:
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: MA
Days Per Month: Ongoing shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: Monday-Friday; no weekends
Submission Requirements:
- AANP or ANCC Certified (if NP) - Required
- NCCPA Certified (if PA) - Required
- AZ License or NP compact with LOQ in hand at time of submission - Highly Preferred
- Active ACLS, BLS and DEA - Highly Preferred
