Job Description
NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with a growing, patient-centered neurology practice seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their expanding team across Oklahoma City and Ardmore, OK.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions and care plans
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including imaging
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Physician Assistant license (or eligibility) in Oklahoma
Strong understanding of patient care practices and clinical workflows
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
New graduates encouraged to apply – training provided
Working Hours
Monday – Friday (standard clinic hours)
No hospital call
Consistent outpatient schedule with strong work-life balance
Skills
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in outpatient settings
Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and neurological testing
Excellent patient communication and education skills
Solid documentation and EMR proficiency
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
