Job Responsibilities
Manage patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
Involvement in dialysis patient care (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis)
Opportunity to build strong patient relationships and continuity of care
Established patient base with consistent demand
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible (NCCPA)
Active Ohio license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Prior Nephrology experience preferred, but not required
