• We are seeking dedicated Nephrology Advanced Practice Providers (PA) to support kidney care services across multiple locations in Arizona and New Mexico.
• The role focuses on managing patients with chronic kidney disease and related conditions in a collaborative environment.
• Compensation and specific location details will be discussed directly with the client.

Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and treat chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
• Experience in nephrology, internal medicine, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination may be required
