Your Role with the Company:

- Outpatient Nephrology practice managing chronic kidney disease, hypertension and related renal conditions
- Work closely with two experienced physicians in a supportive, team-based nephrology practice

- FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
- 2+ years in Nephrology
