Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Neonatology – Delaware NICU
Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Neonatology – Delaware NICU
Level IV NICU | 45-bed unit (expanding) | No call, ever
Growing Level IV NICU in Delaware — 45 beds total — and hiring for 5 open APP spots.
The role:
- 13 shifts/month, 12-hr shifts (24s available if you want them)
- Days 0730–1900, nights 1900–0730, rotating weekends/holidays
- No call — not now, not after expansion
- Transport required when on shift
- Collaborative team: 8 FT + 8 moonlighting APPs, engaged physician group
Pay & perks:
- $ign-on + relocation

You need:
- Completed neonatology fellowship (1-year program) — required, no exceptions
- Current unrestricted PA license
- NCCPA certification
- BLS + NRP (upon hire)
