Rates: $140/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: ASAP (Ongoing coverage).

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (0800–2000 or 2000–0800).

Clinical Scope & Procedures

The provider will be responsible for the comprehensive care of neonates, including attendance at high-risk deliveries and stabilization of critically ill newborns.

Required Procedures:

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) protocols.

• Endotracheal Intubation: Securing the airway in respiratory distress.

• Umbilical Lines: Placement of UVC/UAC for fluid and monitoring access.

• Ventilatory Support: Management of mechanical ventilation and non-invasive support.

• Delivery Attendance: Attendance at specified newborn deliveries for immediate stabilization.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified by a national organization (e.g., NCC for NNPs) — Required.

• Experience: Must have prior experience in a NICU/Neonatology setting; no new grads — Required.

• Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) State License — Required.

• Certifications: Active BLS and NRP — Required.

• Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the last 30 days) must be provided at the time of presentation.

• Conversion: 25k conversion fee required.
