A health system in Northern New Jersey seeks a Neonatology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to start late March/early April.
About the opportunity:
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week
- On-Call: No
Responsibilities:
- Cover well-baby nursery
- Attend all deliveries
- Manage an average daily census of 5 nursery patients and approximately 5 deliveries per day
- Patient load: 10-12 patients per shift
- Work solo with physician backup available on call
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Experience in Neonatology preferred
- Ability to work independently in a Level II NICU environment
- Familiarity with Epic EMR (hospital and clinic systems are the same)
