A growing outpatient practice in Hesperia, California is seeking an experienced Adult Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) clinical experience to join a collaborative team focused primarily on women's health and adult care.

Position Highlights

• Primarily women's health and adult outpatient care
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
• 100% outpatient; no hospital responsibilities
• Shared phone call approximately one week per month
• Supportive physician and clinical team
• Manageable patient volume of approximately 11-14 patients per day, with gradual growth potential

Clinical Focus

• Well-woman exams and preventive care
• Contraception and family planning
• Common gynecologic conditions
• Adult preventive and primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Prenatal and postpartum care as appropriate
• Patient education and wellness

Qualifications

• Active California PA license or eligibility
• Strong adult outpatient clinical experience
• Women's health, OB/GYN, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
