Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a 100% outpatient Integrated Care role in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Job Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations, exams, and clinical assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Maintain patient panels and continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in telephonic call rotation
• Work one evening per week and rotating Saturdays (9am–1pm)
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience required (3+ preferred) in primary care or community health
• Experience in FQHC or underserved populations strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Working Hours
• One evening per week until 7:30pm
• Rotating Saturdays (9am–1pm)
• Outpatient only setting
