A well-established Internal Medicine and Preventive Care practice in Brockton, MA is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered private practice focused on providing high-quality care and building long-term relationships with patients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult primary care, committed to patient education and preventive medicine, and comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
Perform patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

The provider will serve as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner. Certification training will be completed within the first 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN)
Active DEA and prescriptive authority
Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience required
Experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred
BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Open to 4-day / 10-hour schedule options
Future opportunity for earlier clinic hours (7–8 AM start)
