Job description
Your Role: The Patient's Partner in Recovery
As a Post-Procedure Care Coordinator, you will guide patients through their healing journey following our non-surgical orthopedic treatments. This role focuses on monitoring progress, optimizing outcomes, and ensuring every patient feels supported from their procedure through full recovery.
Why You Will Thrive With Us
This position is designed for physicians seeking professional excellence and personal balance.
- Unparalleled Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties, no nights, and no weekends. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules.
- Focus on Procedures, Not Pills: Our model is strictly non-opioid.
- Practice Medicine, Not Administration: Our cash-pay model means no prior authorizations and no fighting with insurance companies. Your time is dedicated to your patients.
- A Professional Environment: Our clinics are located in modern, comfortable, Class A office spaces.
- Stability & Growth: Join a stable, wholly-owned company with a clear vision for nationwide expansion, offering opportunities for professional growth.
- Training Provided: For physicians with relevant specialties but limited recent practice in extremity RFA, we offer comprehensive training to bring your skills up to speed.
About Us
We are a premier, wholly-owned network of clinics headquartered in Tampa, specializing in non-surgical solutions for chronic knee, hip, and shoulder pain. With locations across Florida and a growing presence in Atlanta, we are expanding nationwide. Our direct-pay model eliminates insurance bureaucracy, allowing physicians to focus entirely on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care through advanced RFA procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor & Optimize Outcomes: Track healing milestones, evaluate treatment efficacy, and identify any concerns requiring physician consultation.
- Educate & Encourage: Reinforce post-procedure protocols, answer questions about recovery timelines, and coach patients through rehabilitation expectations.
- Coordinate Ongoing Care: Communicate patient status to the clinical team, schedule additional treatments when indicated, and facilitate referrals as needed.
- Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all follow-up encounters and patient progress in our EMR system.
- Support Patient Retention: Identify patients who may benefit from treatment of additional joints and facilitate warm handoffs back to the consultation team.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted license in Florida or Georgia (or ability to obtain one).
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You must be comfortable with patient education, managing expectations, and providing reassurance throughout the recovery process.
- Experience: Previous experience in orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or post-surgical follow-up care is highly valued. Experience with chronic condition management or elective procedure aftercare is a plus.
- Telehealth Proficiency: Comfortable conducting virtual appointments and using technology to stay connected with patients.
