- Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a high-acuity Internal Medicine practice in Central Washington
- Competitive salary range of $133,000–$154,000 annually, plus RVU-based bonus potential
- Flexible schedule with option for four- or five-day work week
- Join a supportive team including 1 full-time physician and 2 experienced APPs
- Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per shift
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Adult Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care
