A health services network that operates 10 outpatient healthcare centers and two mobile health units across Long Island and Westchester is looking to add a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead the Gender Affirming Care Program.
About the Opportunity:
- Specialty: Gender Affirming Care
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Location: Can be based on Long Island or Westchester
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Primary care
- Transgender hormone services
- STD testing
- Pregnancy and prenatal services -Abortion services
- Family Planning
- Cancer Screenings
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience working with the LGBTQ and Transgender population preferred
