A healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Women's Health Care Provider for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient volume: 12 to 15 patients per day
• EMR: eClinicalworks

Responsibilities:

The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:

• Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for women
• Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings
• Assisting with fertility issues and family planning options
• Monitoring and managing pregnancies, including prenatal care
• Conducting ultrasounds and other necessary diagnostic tests
• Diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions and disorders
• Conducting health education programs for women on various topics
• Providing support for women experiencing crisis situations, such as domestic violence or pregnancy complications
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• One of the following NYS licensures: WHNP, NP, ANP, and/or FNP
• Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
