An established healthcare system in Geneva, New York is seeking an experienced Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join its Hospitalist team at Geneva General Hospital. This full-time opportunity offers flexible, rotating 12-hour daytime shifts, providing an excellent work-life balance. The incoming provider will work alongside an established team of Hospitalists to deliver comprehensive inpatient care in a collaborative hospital environment. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $115,000–$135,000, additional incentives, student loan repayment assistance, a sign-on bonus, and on-site childcare.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care
Evaluate and manage hospitalized patients
Perform patient assessments and physical examinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with Hospitalist physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Coordinate consultations and specialty referrals
Participate in discharge planning and care transitions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Schedule & Practice Environment
Full-time, daytime Hospitalist position
Rotating 12-hour shifts

Collaborative physician and APP practice environment

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $115,000–$135,000 annually

Qualifications
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner
Current or eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner licensure
1–2 years of acute care experience as a nurse or Nurse Practitioner preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to manage complex hospitalized patients
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to high-quality inpatient care
