Baptist Health Northeast Florida is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team in a full-time Nocturnist position. This role offers a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule and the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative inpatient environment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage hospitalized adult patients overnight
- Complete admissions and inpatient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
- Facilitate smooth transitions of care and provider handoffs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification required
- Current Florida PA license or eligibility
- Hospital Medicine experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Level I or Level II critical care experience preferred
- New graduates with strong critical care backgrounds may be considered
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
