Baptist Health Northeast Florida is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team in a full-time dayshift role. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage hospitalized adult patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician collaboration
• Perform admissions, consultations, and inpatient follow-up care
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification required
• Current Florida PA license or eligibility
• Hospital Medicine experience preferred
• 2-4 years of Level I or Level II critical care experience preferred for new graduates
• New graduates with strong critical care backgrounds may be considered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
